Peran Manajemen Keperawatan dalam Penerapan Terapi Relaksasi Mindfulness untuk Mengurangi Loneliness Lansia di Posyandu Lansia

Abstract

Loneliness merupakan masalah psikososial yang sering dialami lansia akibat penurunan fungsi sosial dan kurangnya interaksi dengan lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran manajemen keperawatan dalam penerapan terapi relaksasi mindfulness untuk mengurangi loneliness pada lansia di Posyandu Lansia Dusun Mulung Desa Bogorejo Merakurak Tuban. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre-test and post-test design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 23 lansia yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Intervensi diberikan dalam bentuk terapi relaksasi mindfulness selama empat kali pertemuan dengan durasi setiap pertemuan 15-20 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat loneliness yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi relaksasi mindfulness dengan hasil uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Diskusi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen keperawatan berperan penting dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi terapi relaksasi mindfulness sebagai terapi nonfarmakologis yang efektif untuk mengurangi loneliness lansia, serta mendukung kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan psikologis lansia di Posyandu Lansia.
